Effective immediately, all medication refill requests should be submitted through your Patient Portal. This secure online tool allows us to streamline and track your requests efficiently, ensuring your needs are met promptly.
Please note, once your refill request is received, it will take approximately 48 to 72 hours for processing. This timeline allows our healthcare team to review your medical records, confirm the appropriateness of the requested medication, and communicate with your pharmacy.
To request a medication refill, please log in to your Patient Portal and provide the following
information:
- Name of Medication
- Dosage
- Pharmacy Name and Contact Information
We recommend submitting your refill request at least 5 days before you run out of your current prescription. This will help ensure you do not experience any interruptions in your medication regimen. Should you have any questions or concerns about this new process or need assistance
