With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, Allan is not only an exceptional provider but also a dedicated advocate for expanding and enhancing the services at Valley Care Clinic. His unwavering commitment to providing affordable healthcare to all, regardless of socioeconomic status, is the foundation upon which the clinic was built and continues to thrive.
Allan’s impressive career began many years ago as a Registered Nurse (RN), where he honed his skills in high-pressure environments such as the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. His outstanding leadership qualities led him to serve as a Nursing House Supervisor for 9 years, further expanding his expertise.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Allan has worked in diverse settings, including internal medicine, urgent care setting, correctional health, and retail health clinics. These varied experiences have enriched his comprehensive understanding of healthcare and enhanced his ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Beyond his civilian career, Allan’s dedication to healthcare is further exemplified by his service as a medic in the US military. His military training took him across Europe and Central America, and also served and deployed with the United Nations during his military years. This experience has profoundly influenced his perspective on healthcare, instilling in him a deep sense of duty, resilience, and empathy.
At his core, Allan is a passionate and caring healthcare provider. His commitment to his patients’ well-being is evident in every aspect of his work, from his compassionate bedside manner to his unwavering pursuit of affordable healthcare for all. Demonstrating his dedication to global health, Allan sponsored and led a medical mission in the Philippines, further showcasing his commitment to caring for others.

Wilfredo Concio, FNP
Wilfredo Concio, FNP, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of nursing experience that spans across multiple continents. A graduate of a nursing program in the Philippines, Wilfredo’s medical journey began in a Heart Center where he cared for high-risk cardiac patients, including those recovering from post-CABG and post-open heart surgeries.
His extensive experience also includes working in pediatric cardiac research, demonstrating his versatility in patient care. Seeking to broaden his professional horizons, Wilfredo moved to the United Kingdom, where he served as a nurse in large hospitals in Northern Ireland and London.
His leadership skills were recognized as he took on the role of an assistant manager, showcasing his ability to excel in both clinical and managerial roles.
Wilfredo later relocated to Arizona in the United States, where he continued to expand his nursing expertise in medical and cardiac intensive care units.
His passion for patient care and continual learning led him to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Currently, as a Nurse Practitioner, Wilfredo applies his extensive experience and patient-centered approach in a retail clinic setting.
